Imagine Senegal has been working with Old Hutton Primary School near Kendal on a Twinning Project with Joachim Fode N’Diaye Primary School in Joal, Senegal since 2012. We are currently raising money to buy solar panels to meet electricity costs and helping to repair other facilities for our twins.
In 2017 the second twinning went ahead between Beetham Primary School, near Kendal and Ataba Tabar Primary School in Ziguinchor in the Casamance region of Senegal.
In 2018 Arnside Primary School started a third twinning project with Amitie Senegal Canada Primary School in Ziguinchor.
